Finish 2018 off with a BANG and set your new year up for SUCCESS


Y'all 2018 is basically over ... WHAT?! Do you feel like this year just FLEW by? Cause I sure do but I am happy to say I do not REGRET one bit of it! 

I look back and see the goals that I set back in January (I say goals because I feel the word 'resolutions' just sets everyone up for failure) and I am happy to say I did pretty well! 

I completed 2 rounds of the most challenging workout program of my life (twice),  I got to travel to Mexico for a fun work trip with my husband(first trip together in 5 years of marriage! Thanks to my amazing job) meet some of my super trainers and worked out with them in person! Joel, Autumn, Chris, Jericho <3, made some new life long friends, ran my first HALF MARATHON and I DID NOT DIE, kept my kids alive, got baptized, helped many women and mamas realize they can have the life they dream of and be happy too, you guys the LIST is endless! Of course there are some MEGA goals that didn't get reached yet but these are the stepping stones top get there.

Can you look back and say you hit your goals for the year? Did you set goals and make an action plan? It can be hard and daunting, especially if you are in it alone. 

When it comes to your wellness are you happy? Do you realize that wellness is holistic? Meaning it encompasses every ASPECT of your life. Your food, your mood, your gratitude. 

If you truly want to become happier and healthier you need to work on it all and that is what made the difference for me and in my journey. 

You can hit the gym + lose weight by starting a diet but if you have limiting beliefs, negative attitude about food, stress, toxic relationships... then you are going to run yourself in circles and you will never be able to get out of that hole. 

Being skinny is nice but your weight does not define you. Besides I know lots of women who are not happy with themselves STILL even though they are skinny. Your weight does not define you. The care and consideration you put into your body does.
