Why Join a Virtual Bootcamp?



I am so excited for my the challenge for my crew this month - which I say every month - but it is SO true! So, why join us?! Here are 5 reasons you need one of my groups in your life!

Accountability
I know you can do it on your own, but why not surround yourself with people who want to love you on your journey and help keep you accountable to your habits!
I don’t know about you, but I am much more likely to do something if someone else is counting on me! We have daily check ins to keep you accountable and to keep you on track! It is a FACT that you are more likely to stick to your workouts + nutrition plan if you do it with others! #Accountability

Figuring out what to eat on a new plan is hard. But every week, I send new meal plans with easy and
fun recipes right to your inbox so you don’t have to decide what to eat. Plus, it's fun to try new things!
One less thing to think about!

A Place for Questions
There is nothing worse than having a question and not knowing where to turn for answers. In my
community, you have the perfect place to ask any questions! And the best thing is, there is usually
someone ready to answer in minutes! Whether it is me or a group veteran, fast answers are so helpful
when standing in the grocery store or cooking a recipe!

Support
Beyond our daily check-ins, meal plans, and fast answers, I provide even more support! I will be
checking in with you weekly, seeing how your workouts are going, and if you are still feeling good..
just checking in in general! I am here for you! Upon starting, you will have 4 1:1 mentoring sessions
with me via phone call or video chat to help you get comfortable and started on your journey!

Fun
And last but not least, these groups are FUN! The internet can be a scary place, but I have found
the good of the internet in my groups! A tribe of people, all working on themselves and their common
goals - it is a POSITIVE FORCE that will change everything!

New Program Alert: 10 Rounds!



I am so excited about the release of our newest program- 10 Rounds! Boxing gyms are all the rage- boxing is one of the best TOTAL-body workouts you can do. But for some, stepping into a boxing gym can be pretty intimidating. But now you can have a boxing gym  in your house!


What is 10 Rounds?

Basics:
-6 weeks
-5 workouts a week
-3 boxing workouts and 2 lifting workouts a week
-Boxing workouts are broken up into 10 rounds- 3 minutes each, focusing on punching
combinations and footwork that progresses throughout the 6 weeks

Joel will teach you how every move actually begins at your feet, moves up through your hips,
uses your core, and explodes all the way through your fists. With every punch you use your
entire body- scorching calories and toning. This program is built around the simple and
precise movements of boxing- without the impact! You won’t be using a sparring partner
or hitting a heavy bag- instead you will train the way real boxers do - with shadowboxing! 


The 3 boxing days are combined with conditioning drills that help build:
-Power
-Speed/agility
-Endurance
The two days of weightlifting workouts include:
-Upper Body to build strength and power
-Lower Body/Legs- since every punch starts at your feet
And of course, there is amazing music in every workout to help keep you moving and give
you the energy to keep going.
Who is Joel Freeman?

Joel is one of my FAVORITE Beachbody super trainer- he is SO nice and the energy that he brings is next level! I was lucky enough to meet him in Mexico last year and he is so genuine and awesome! From Core de Force to LIIFT4, I have been doing Joel programs for years now!

Joel has been in the industry for over 15 years as a trainer, manager of a gym and program
creator. He has a passion for teaching that really helps you master proper form in his
programs- ensuring amazing results. He loves to combine cardio and strength and is just so
motivating!

When Can I Start?
March 9- Sample Workout Available
March 16- 10 Rounds Available for Coaches / VIP Customers
April 6- 10 Rounds Available for Customers

I will be running two groups- my coach test group starting the 16th and my customers
jumping in on the 6th! As soon as you purchase you have access- no waiting period!

What equipment is required?
-Light, medium and heavy dumbbells for the lifting portion
-12” Resistance Bands - included in your package!
-Small towel

What support will I have?
I will be hosting a coach test group starting on March 16th- then clients can join in on
April 6th! The test group ladies will be able to help the 2nd wave with questions, give pointers
and provide even more support! Meal plans, daily checks in and all of the motivation you could
need will be provided! I love test groups- and cannot wait to start!

Fudgelicious Avocado Muffins


Fudgey Avocado Muffins your family will LOVE!

Do you ever buy avocados with good intentions because they are a good "healthy" fat but then realize you don't use them, and they go bad? ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผ‍♀️ Ya, me too girlfriend, ME TOO! 

This morning I decided I was going to figure out a way to feed my kids healthier snacks without them knowing AND use up my super ripe avocados. I found a few recipes but didn't have all the ingredients so doing what I do best I just wung.. winged.. ๐Ÿคจ just made up something and you know what.. THEY ARE FREAKING AMAZING!!!! 

Here is what I did: 

Ingredients: 
1.5C Whole Wheat Flour
1C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1C Pitted Dates
1C Milk of choice (I used coconut because that is what I had but usually I use unsweetened Almond milk)
1 Medium Apple cored and diced
3 Eggs
2 Avocados
2/3C Honey
1/4C Coconut Oil melted
1.5t Baking Soda 
1C Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks (or your choice)
*Optional* 1/2C Chocolate chips to top

Directions:
Preheat over to 350F and line muffin tins with liners or using spray oil, grease the tins. 
Add everything to a blender OTHER THAN chocolate chunks and baking soda.
Blend until super smooth. (I melted my honey and coconut oil before adding) 
Once smooth add your chocolate chunks and baking soda. Pulse until incorporated. 
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and top with more chocolate chips if you like. 

Bake for 28-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. 

If you are a portion fixer I don't have an actual container count for these but I would count 1 muffin as a dessert so I would use it as a yellow container .
