If your life is anything like ours, you have ZERO time to be bothered with figuring out who gets to go to the gym and who has to deal with the monkeys... I mean children. If your health is suffering because of excuses like, "I don't have the time", "I have nothing to wear"(yes, this really has been an excuse), "It is too expensive", "I don't really know what I am doing", "I get bored from the same thing over and over again." You get all those PLUS every other BB program that has ever been made including any NEW programs that are released during your subscription period. 
It's ok if you are totally not techy like me (trying to figure out this blog thing was a huge struggle even) Streaming just means you can run from the internet on your Tablet, iPad, Phone, Laptop, from your laptop through HDMI cable to your TV or even just send it to your smart or apple TV. I use the HDMI cable and just hook it up from my laptop to my TV! Who knew you could do such a thing? 
Someone asked me recently why they should chose the Beachbody on Demand All Access over just a challenge pack and seriously as I started to reply I had to check myself because I was about to spew word vomit everywhere with ALL the reasons it is the best choice for busy parents or just busy people in general due to my experiences and the feedback I have received from my clients!

Seriously I am pretty cheap and like to price everything out, I use coupons when I can, I spend a lot of time using an App called FLIPP to price check and compare where I will be getting the best deal when it comes to shopping for everything so why would this be any different? I placed it high on the list as I know I am not the only "cheapo" around and money is SUCH a touchy subject for most people. BOD is the best deal I have found! You know other than just running outside in the free outdoors.

I did some research and one of the gyms around here costs $516/year for the membership plus extra drop in rates for classes like Yoga or Zumba not to mention the fuel it takes to get there etc.

Having little kids makes it hard to get anywhere on time. Am I right? When I first started this journey my workout schedule was not consistent. I basically just jumped to it whenever I had a free chance. If I had a class to get to at a certain time or the gym was only open at certain hours I would never make it. That is where most people just give up. It gets to be to crazy with busy schedules and nothing seems to jive. Enjoy early ass morning workouts? No problem. Get dressed, down your Energize and hit play! Like evenings after the kids have gone to bed? You got it! Change into your preferred clothing and bam good to go!

This is huge for us. I was terrified to take my son anywhere when I first became a momma. Like I mentioned before I use an HDMI cable and hook the laptop up to the TV. It is a smart TV but it is smarter than I am and I don't know how to "stream" When I go away I have my Ipad or phone that I have my workouts either downloaded to or hook up to WiFi and away I go.

23. Feeling a little intimidated by all the "fit" people on the programs? Follow the Modifier until you can master the moves!

Everyone in these programs has a backstory and have worked their hineys off to get to where they are today. We all need to start somewhere! If you feel a little intimidated and can't keep up in the beginning or maybe you need to keep it low impact no need to fret. Almost every program has a modifier that you can follow that provides modified versions that still get you the same results.


24. Beachbody on Demand (or any pack from Team Beachbody) is extremely effective

Why Wait Until After Pregnancy to Become Healthy and Fit?

 "I will start after I have my baby." --- This is something I continuously hear and in all honesty, it is what I thought my first pregnancy. 

Did you know that eating properly ( including proper portions and right amount of nutrients) is obviously important to reduce the risk of disease and to promote longevity in all humans but during pregnancy it is doubling important. ( something I really didn't take into account before and during my first pregnancy) 

Growing babies are more susceptible to toxins plus they need all the nutrients they can get to grow into strong and healthy babes. 

There are a wide variety of benefits to watching what you put into your body as well as maintaining your current activity or introducing light activity to keep your body moving throughout your pregnancy.

Here are a few:

~Reduces Pregnancy Complications~


There are a wide variety of complications that can occur during pregnancy like Gestational Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism or High Blood Pressure. Some of these things will just happen however YOU can decrease the chances by maintaining healthy living. Providing your body with the proper nutrients it needs can help keep blood pressure, blood sugar levels and weight at healthy levels to help avoid these complications. One thing I have learned after doing much research is Shakeology is probably the MOST healthiest thing I am putting into my body even over my prenatal vitamins. There is nothing in it that is unsafe or bad to take while pregnant. The 70 superfood nutrients that are packed into that scoop provides me and my growing baby with everything we need to fight off sickness, keep my gut happy ( which is a major key in most instances) as well as provides me with energy to keep up with my toddler as well as maintain my active lifestyle.

I will tell you, I was in the mindset of not caring when I was going through my first full term pregnancy with my son. I had frozen meals, fast food, KD, the entire time.
Basically whatever was easy for me I ate. I was CONTINUOUSLY sick with my first and was not healthy at all. (I am not making the same mistake with this one!) Putting toxins into your body can potentially cause birth defects such as neurological problems and development delays. Lack of certain nutrients like folic acid has been linked to high rates of birth defects as well. 

This is why the best way to avoid that is to avoid processed crap and to make sure you KNOW what you are putting into your body.

When I ate crap during my pregnancy with my son I gained 60+lbs and my son was a big baby. I ended up having to have a C-Section due to him being too big and becoming stressed at birth. For me, I suffered with laziness, depression, lack of self-love resulting in self-care and I honestly had no desire to get healthy afterwards as it was "just to much work" 

Maintaining a healthy weight for not only yourself but for baby as well will help avoid health problems in the future. Babies born with a low birth weight tend to suffer more health problems or disabilities while growing up or even their entire lifetime.
It is important to be sure to know the proper portions of each food category that you need as well as to take into account a calorie burn if you are working out or have an active lifestyle while pregnant.

I can tell you my first pregnancy was seriously the worst(I understand there are worse out there but for me this was my reality and it was NOT a pleasant experience)
I was continuously sick, I gained tons of weight, I was sore everywhere, I had high blood pressure, induction was needed, labour was awful, needed emergency C-section, never got to see my baby for hours after which resulted in unable to breastfeed like we wanted even after trying for 5 painful weeks, recovery was a very slow painful process, postpartum depression consumed me, more weight gained, relationships started to suffer and the list goes on. Living an unhealthy lifestyle doesn't just affect you physically but mentally as well and not only you but those around you. 


This pregnancy is the COMPLETE opposite because I CARE about what I am putting into my body and I am continuing on with my routines adjusting as my body tells me.

So why wait until you have an experience like mine and don't bounce back fast?

Country Heat~What's that all about?

Beachbody launched a BRAND NEW fitness program July 28th and it is TOTALLY KICKASS! I was so beyond excited for this program because I LOVE line dancing and country music. The thing about this program is you DON'T need to know how to dance, you DON'T need rhythm or coordination. Autumn walks you through the steps and makes it really simple and fun! IT IS AMAZINGLY FUN!!!
