How many of you talked about getting your "summer body" back at the beginning of the summer?
I know before I started my journey I was all about that, it was this vicious cycle of excitement, week long dedication of the gym and what I thought was healthy eating then, ooo a party, ooo cake, ooo wine... you feel me?
The summer is meant for living it up. Drinking those fancy drinks, enjoy cold beer on hot days ( not me as I don't drink anymore :p), enjoying BBQ's, parties, s'mores. However, I am firm believe NOW in living a healthy lifestyle WHILE enjoying life the way it should be!
Creating healthy habits takes time and if you start at the beginning of the summer you might not be in that 35% that continue on. Building a healthy lifestyle and healthier habits is done NOW. Fall-Spring. That way when the summer comes around again you can take it on without the guilt and no that you won't jeopardize your health because you have the tools in your tool box!
