Yes, there are awesome types of "diets" out there but over the last 5 years I have learned that some people can do fabulous on them whereas others fail hard. Everyone's bodies are different and react differently to different diets. So what works for your best friend might not work for you. Having a good understanding of nutrition is so important as well as learning how to be in tune with your body. My hope for you is that if you still haven't found a lifestyle that you feel comfortable and in charge with, that this can be an amazing option for you!

Ilana Muhlstein is an MS, RDN—the highest standard in the field of nutrition. who from a young age struggled with Emotional Eating and Yo-Yo dieting. She’s a self-proclaimed volume eater.
