CHOCOLATE FOR BREAKFAST ANYONE?
Ok let me start by saying this is the new fad right now... I think. I don't know. I am kind of behind in the times. I figured "What the heck? It's not gonna kill me, besides I LOVE making up new recipes for anything! OH GOODNESS, it was freaking delectable!!
It is very quite simple really.
What You Need:
Shakeology- Flavour of choice
Milk of Choice or Water
Ice
Toppings of choice
Now really can it get any easier than that?
Here is what you do:
For the base-
1 scoops Shakeology into the blender
1/2 cup water or milk
1/2-1 cup Ice depending on desired thickness
Blend it up!
Now the fun part!
For my toppings I used:
1T natural chunky peanut butter melted
1-2tsps chia seeds
1T crushed almonds
2T dried cranberries
Toppings to try:
Unsweetened Coconut
Crushed Nuts
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Flax Seeds
Sliced Fruit
Dried Fruit
Semi Sweet or Dark Mini Chocolate Chips
Granola
** You can also blend fruit into your base. For this one I used half a banana but you could use frozen banana chunks instead of ice or really any frozen berries.
