80 DAY OBSESSION

Autumn Calabrese's new program is designed to help you burn fat and lean out. Below is a look at what you can expect from this hot new at home fitness program before it comes out January 15, 2018.

What is 80 Day Obsession?

This program is a streamable at home program that promises you a nice round booty and flat abs at the end. Sounds ridiculous right? No lies my friends no lies. I have seen some awesome results from the test groups and will show later in this post. While Autumn is no stranger to creating at home fitness programs,  this one is designed for advanced exercisers who want to lean out and tone up. She is taking this program to a whole new level by filming 80 different workouts! So for those of you who get bored and can't seem to get excited about doing the same weeks over (like me) now you don't have too! Each day is something new!

Autumn mentioned that "it's all about the right workouts in the right sequence plus a target approach to nutrition"


Who is 80 Day Obsession Designed For?

I mentioned this program was created for "advanced exercisers" however if you fall into any of these below and NEED a program like this to keep you on track then its for you too.

Anyone who is wanting to:


  • build a leaner and shredded body
  • add curves without bulking up
  • get those flat abs (mamas if your like me you just want to find them again!)
  • get an extreme workout in at home while the kids play or baby naps

These workouts range from 45-60 minutes per day (at least you will know and can plan out your ideal time) and they are 6 days a week. The nutrition plan is macro-calibrated by a professional to get the max results each week.

Not going to lie to you and say it will be easy, because it won't be! You will be training like a pro and working with a super trainer that has helped change the lives of many! 

So will it be easy?? No, but it will be dang worth it!
